Many stresses and physical illnesses can be avoided by regular periods of total relaxation.

This one hour session involves 30 minutes of total relaxation, where I will take you to your special place, be it a beautiful sandy beach or an aromatic green meadow.  You will be able to stay there for as long as you wish  to enjoy the calm and peace, and when you return, you will feel happy, refreshed and ready to enjoy whatever you have planned.

I will also show you how to feel calm at any time, when you feel the need to do so, by the use of self-hypnotherapy and breathing exercises.
